How it all started. As a University lecturer visiting the off the beaten track Pelion-Peninsula in 2006 I found a Culture & landscape rich & varied enough to inspire a complete career change. Que a 5-year renovation project & ‘The Lotus Tree’ is now a unique guesthouse & base for others wanting to explore this region. With a love of travel & still so much of Greece to explore, I continued to travel extensively, forming my travel company ‘Warmpenguin’ in 2015. Now based in Athens & with the help of a team of experienced professionals, I spend my time uncovering the embarrassment of riches Greece has to offer the traveler. WarmPenguin continues its flight year-on-year uncovering more amazing places.
