Payment conditions
A 25% deposit is required to book any tour.
For Day Tours: Cancellation is free up to 5 days before the date of the tour. for Cancellations in 5 days or less there is a 50% charge. For Cancellations 48 hours before, the full amount of the tour is due.
For Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations are free up to 7 days prior to your tour. For cancellations in under 7 days there is a 50% charge. For Cancellations in under 48 hours the full amount of the tour is due.
In the case that non-refundable Hotel rooms have been booked, this amount is not refundable.
Deposits can be paid through our website Here by clicking on the Payment button and following the instructions provided.
No Change Fees
Travel disruption? No problem. Change your travel dates or even your trip for free up to 7 days prior to your travel date.

Tour Conditions
In all cases, we reserve the right to change hotels, routes, and any & all tour details in order to produce the best tour conditions for each group. We do not bear responsibility for personal items or short term closures of visitor sites which may occasionally occur
Ferry tickets
Refunding of ferry tickets may depend on local suppliers’ conditions & is not possible after the date of travel. Please inquire as early as possible in this instance.
Hotel costs
I case of cancellation we can normally recover for you Hotel costs. An exception may be in the case where non-refundable room types have been booked by us on your behalf
Hotel Accommodation
Hotels depend on availability but typical examples in Athens are Athens Cypria Hotel; Nafplion, Ippoliti Hotel; Olympia, Arty Grande or Europa Hotel; Delphi, Amalia Hotel or Ganimede Hotel; Kalambaka, Divani Hotel or Iridanos Hotel.
Hotel Accommodation Tax
Paid directly in hotels as follows: 5* hotels – 4 Euro per room/per night, 4* hotels – 3 Euro per room/per night, 3* hotels – 1.5 Euro per room/per night.
